The Institute of Chartered Accountants of The Caribbean (ICAC)

The ICAC, with a current network of approximately 3,700 professionals, is the leading regional organization dedicated to advancing the interest of accountants within the Caribbean through promotion of internationally acceptable standards and best practices, thought leadership, research and continuing professional development. In addition to creating an annual forum to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience that benefit finance professionals and business leaders, the ICAC is also taking steps through various initiatives to strengthen and enhance the capacity of the profession.

These initiatives include the implementation of a regional practice monitoring programme, the promotion of internationally acceptable standards and best practices and the harmonization of qualifications to facilitate the mobility of skilled professionals with the implementation of the Caribbean Single Market.
